How has everyone been? I haven't posted a journal, or anything for that matter, for a while. Sorry for the delay..I'm aliiive

Anyway, what's new with me...I didn't go to the Ohio state judo tournament because I was lazy...now I feel bad about it =/ I need to workout more...I need motivation help!! seriously..

I have been working on my school's website lately and idk what to think...opinions please? here's the original: [link] and here is what I have so far.. [link] I can't figure out how to fix the navigation toolbar though.

Ummm, I have been a bit depressed lately because I lost my backflip and I hurt my knees when I try to get it back..so I haven't even tried in weeks please help..

I've walked a solid hour up a hill for the past 3 days at least I feel accomplished because of that.

Anyway, let me know how you have all been! I'm going to the Am-Cans on the 24 and 25 of May (Inernnational judo tournament) and no matter how I'll do I'm going to have a vid up on like the 26th
